Meeting the stringent requirements of the AEC-Q100 Grade 1 standard, the ACPL-M71T single-channel and ACPL-M72T dual-channel LED drive optocouplers are available in IC-5 (SOIC-5) packages and suit CANBus and MCU interface applications. Their design provides ESD performance up to 4-kV Human Body Model and 400V Machine Model and employ a proprietary LED technology for 15-MBd and low-speed digital apps.
