Groomed for rugged environments, the XMC-710 XMC mezzanine card emerges as the company's first NVIDIA G73M-based graphics display control card and the first to support the advanced XMC (VITA 42.3) open standard architecture. Designed for use in VME, VPX, and CompactPCI systems, the card provides dual outputs and video capture capability plus custom video configuration to support both legacy and state-of-the-art displays. Features include an NVIDIA G73M GPU, up to 512 MB of DDR2 SDRAM, DVI support, dual interlaced outputs supporting NSTC, PAL, RS-170, RS-343, STANAG 3350 (A, B & C), and custom modes, user-defined non-interlaced modes, analog outputs supporting separate H & V, composite or sync-on-red/green/blue, and video integrity monitoring for display freeze detection. Operating-system support includes VxWorks 6.x, Linux, and Windows XP. Software support includes the company's Graphics Software Suite (GSS) featuring X11/OpenGL ES 2.0 and SC 1.0, and an application program interface to access the card’s value-added features such as VIM and custom video modes.
