Dubbed the market’s first PCI Express-based waveform digitizer boards, the UF2e-4600 series comprises 12 digitizer cards with eight unique hardware options for each card. The boards employ multiple 16-bit a/d converters for true simultaneous sampling and are available with a choice of maximum sampling rates from 200 ksamples/s to 3 Msamples/s and 2-, 4- or 8-channel configurations. Each includes 32 Msamples of signal memory, which can be expanded to 2 Gsamples via a proprietary DIMM module. Options include 64 MB to 4 GB of memory, multiple recording, gated sampling, time stamp, ABA dual time base, Star Hub, BaseXIO, and fast digital inputs. Prices start at $3,190 each.
