Providing 1.5 kVac of optical isolation, the SeaI/O-270U 7-port USB 1.1/2.0 hub employs the company’s patent-pending SeaLATCH locking USB connectors to prevent accidental cable disconnection of both the upstream and downstream ports. Status LEDs on the hub indicate external power, connection to the host, and fault conditions. The entire unit comes in a metal enclosure and each of the downstream ports provides 500 mA of power for all USB peripherals.
