Each heatsink comes with a lightweight mounting clip and thermal interface material and, for ease of installation, is intended for use with the company's EZ Snap hardware. Armed with a tension-mounted BGA clip, the heatsink snaps on and self aligns over the microprocessor without compromising the existing board design or requiring any board modifications.
