Assuming position as the smallest digital transistors on the market, the FJY families are rated at 200 mW and manage to squeeze a resistor bias network into their 1.7 mm x 0.98 mm x 0.78 mm SOT523F packages that take up just 2.8 mm2 of board space. Target apps include cell phones, PDAs, handheld games, notebooks, and other portables. The NPN FJY30xx and PNP FJY40xx transistors meet the MSL 1 qualification for moisture-sensitivity levels and are offered in lead-free packages.
