For portable designs, three ESD diodes and three Schottky diodes debut in ultra-small SOD-923 packages measuring 1 mm x 0.6 mm with a 0.4-mm profile. The ESD9X3.3S, ESD9X5.0S, and ESD9X12S ESD diodes clamp fast-rising ESD pulses as measured by the IEC61000-4-2 ESD-compliance standard. The devices suppress transients before they enter the board. For switching and discrete boost and buck conversion applications, the NSR0130P, NSR0230P, and NSR0140P Schottky barrier diodes feature a low forward voltage to reduce conduction losses.
