Rated to IP 20 for user safety, the PowerMod HP B-series power connector features touch-safe female housings, cable strain relief, and integral positive latches. A coding key provides further protection by allowing users to configure unique mating of up to six individual connectors. The RoHS-compliant component handles up to 450A for appropriate applications and up to 250A with a 30ºC temperature rise. Patented contact technology claims responsibility for low resistance, a minimum life span of 500 mating cycles, and true hot-plug operation. The connectors support wire sizes from 1/0 to 4/0 AWG and metric wires from 50 to 95 mm2.
