The XTRA•GUARD cables are designed to perform and maintain system reliability in the most extreme environments including heat, cold, abrasion, flexing, immersion in oils, chemicals, solvents, and fuels, UV exposure, EMI/RFI interference, and direct burial. Hazard-matched, the product line consists of nearly 5,000 standard configurations. The XTRA•GUARD 1 targets signal and control applications while XTRA•GUARD 2 handles heavy-duty industrial environments requiring resistance to abrasion. Number 3 sets up in outdoor and direct burial applications, number 4 is for both high and low temperatures, and number 5 provides extreme performance in unusually demanding environments.
