Tabletop versions of the DIATEC range of enclosures feature ergonomic housings and a modern contoured design with a recessed central-control area for fitting membrane keypads or mechanical keyboards. Typical applications include data-collection units, communications equipment, medical and wellness devices, and point-of-sale terminals. The off-white, ABS cases consist of four moldings: base part, control panel, and two contoured side covers, which snap-on and can be locked with included anti-tampering clips. Available in two standard sizes, 8.27" x 7.87" x 1.89 (type S) and 10.63" x 7.87" x 1.89" (type M), the central control panel is recessed by 0.1" and measures 4.72" x 5.04" or 7.09" x 5.04".
