Said to cost less than most 1-GHz digital-storage oscilloscopes (DSOs)and many high-end 500-MHz models, the 1- GHz and 1.5-GHz DL9000 series consists of four entrants. The 4-channel DL9140 and DL1940L provide a 1-GHz bandwidth and a maximum sampling rate of 2.5 Gsamples/s on all channels or 5 Gsamples/s on two channels. In terms of memory, the DL9140 offers 2.5M on each channel, while the DL9140L provides 6.25M on each channel. Also 4-channel scopes, the DL9240 and DL9240L specify a 1.5-GHz bandwidth and a maximum sampling rate of 5 Gsamples/s on all channels and 10 Gsamples/s across two channels. The DL9240 has 2.5M of memory per channel, and the DL9240L includes 6.25M. Prices for the DL9000 series start at $10,995 for a 1-GHz DSO and $15,495 for a 1.5-GHz scope.
