Targeting third-generation mobile phones with mega-pixel CCD cameras and high-resolution LCDs, the LH28F256BN flash memory features a 256-Mb capacity in an 8 mm x 11 mm FBGA (CSP). The device provides a data-transfer rate up to 80 MHz, allowing it to support movie playback at 30 fps at 352 x 288 pixels. Other features include an operating voltage from 1.7V to 1.9V, a bit configuration of x16, normal access time of 85 ns, page mode access time of 20 ns, and a read current of 19 mA.
