Designed for ac/dc synchronous rectification and ORing circuits, a range of 75V and 100V HEXFET MOSFETs promise to improve efficiency and power density in laptop/LCD adaptor and server SMPS applications. Two of the six devices in the line claim to set benchmark on-resistance figures: the 100V IRFB4310 specifies 7 mΩ, and the 75V IRFB3207 4.5 mΩ. All devices are available in TO-220, D2Pak, and TO-262 packages, qualified to Q101 grade and moisture sensitivity level 1 (MSL1).
