The ODD-1 photodiode can serve as a photodetector in applications from standard commercial products to industrial photo controls. It has a responsivity range of 400 nm to 1100 nm, low dark current, and is rated for operation from -55°C to 100°C. The device measures 1 mm² and comes in a TO-18 package case; isolated packaging is also available. It can withstand a lead soldering temperature up to 240°C. Price is $1.20 each/1,000.
