Snap-In Connectors Reduce Conduit Installation Time
November 2004 Issue
Published Date: November 09, 2004
Designed for use with steel or aluminum flexible-metal conduit, the 540-SS snap-in connector eliminates the need for lock nuts, reducing installation time for fittings. The connector is 3/8" trade size for 1/2" knockout size. Intended for electrical whips, the low-profile connecter is constructed of hardened spring steel with four locking tabs to ensure positive locking ability with the electrical box.
