Designed for medical and industrial electronics, the Hi-Q series MLC surface mount power capacitors are capable of handling high power and voltage levels in RF applications. They are available in HQCC and HQCE case sizes and capacitance values from 10 pF to 6,800 pF with tolerances to ±20%. Voltage ratings range from 600 Vdc to 4 kVdc with a temperature coefficient of ±30 ppm/ºC over an operating temperature range of -55ºC to +125ºC.
