Ready for space-constrained designs, the SlimStack surface-mount connectors measure just 0.95 mm in height with a 0.40 mm pitch and are available in single and dual row versions. The dual-row version targets board-to-board or flex-to-board applications, while the single-row is used only with flex cable on one side. Each version features gold-plated contacts and a nickel-plated barrier on the terminals to prevent solder wicking during high-temperature, lead-free processes. Additionally, guideposts facilitate mating, and solder tabs on each corner provide pc-board retention. With a voltage and current rating of 50V/0.1A, the connectors are available with stack heights from 0.95 mm to 20 mm, pitch sizes from 0.4 mm to 1 mm, and circuit sizes from 7 to 240.
