Optimized for power-monitoring tasks in optical networks, the ADL5310 dual logarithmic converter provides an alternative to using multiple converters. The device operates from a 3V supply and converts input current over a 100-dB dynamic range. It provides two independent channels and allows transfer-function constants to be uniquely configured for each channel.
