For applications such as disk drives, open-circuit relays, motors, etc., Gap Pad Sil-Free 1000 gap filler is a silicone-free material that is thermally conductive and that provides electrical isolation. The material exhibits a thermal conductivity of 1W/m-K and is 94V-0 UL rated. It features an asymmetrical laminate with a low-tack rubber coating on one side of an imbedded glass reinforcement.
