Claiming to be the industry’s first VIA C3 half-size single-board computer (SBC), the EmCORE-v619 supports VIA C3 fanless processors running at clock speeds of up to 800 MHz and operates at temperatures up to 60°C. The SBC also packs dual 10/100-Mb/s Fast Ethernet interfaces and multimedia features that include a 3-D, 4x AGP VGA/LCD controller, AC97 audio interface, a LVDS interface, and TV-out functions. Other features of the EmCORE-v619 SBC include two parallel ports, four USB ports, one fast IrDA interface, two serial ports, one RS-232 port, and an RS-232/422/485 interface. Two models are available that feature either triple Intel 10/100-Mb/s 82559 controllers or triple RTL8139C network controllers.
