Touted as being the world's smallest commercially available linear actuators, the LC Series 15-mm captive linear actuators have a step increment of just 0.02 mm per step. Other sizes will soon follow. Based on an innovative design, the actuators can deliver more than 4N (1 lb.) of thrust and can attain the level of performance needed by applications such as medical instrumentation, handheld devices, office equipment, appliances, optics, and automated machinery.
