Designed for portable products having backlit LCDs, the DS-0772 piezoelectric inverter operates directly at pin three from battery voltages ranging from 3 to 5.5V and does not require a regulated 5V supply at pin one. With an operating frequency of 160 kHz, guaranteed minimum output voltage is 900VRMS (open circuit). Maximum output current is a minimum of 2 mA and maximum output power is 0.65W.
