Designed with what is reported as a unique dome lens, the 1105W surface-mount LED features a viewing angle from 40û to 50û with a typical luminous intensity from 70 to 200 mcd at 20 mA, depending on color. Incorporating both AlInGaP and InGaN die technologies, the LED is available in red, orange, yellow, blue, green, and blue-green. Depending on color, operating temperature ranges from 40ûC to 100ûC.
