Claimed as one of the smallest LCDs on the market, the IS Series of LC Displays has a viewing area of 15 mm x 10 mm and requires a mere 10 mm of space behind the panel. Well suited for tight-fitting applications requiring a graphic display, the device also includes a flat flex cable design for placement in precarious locations. The fully programmable display has a 36 x 24 pixel resolution. And like the companyÕs Smartswitch, the display also features various LED backlighting colors, including green, red, yellow, blue, white and bright green. Color combinations are meant to effectively indicate status, alert an operatorÕs attention, or simply present an eye-appealing display. Capable of displaying graphics and alphanumeric characters, the Smartswitch pushbutton and LC Display can be programmed for a wide variety of applications.
