Offered as the first thermal line printers with built-in controller boards, the CP-MRS series printers consist of three 5V and three 24V thermal line plug-and-play printers for 60-, 80-, and 114-mm paper widths; and all are available with an optional paper cutter. The printers provide print speeds up to 90 mm/s and offer bi-directional serial or parallel data-transfer options. Operating voltage ranges from 5V to 8.5V for 5V models and from 18V to 27V for the 24V units. The printers can be integrated into any portable system using Windows 98/CE/NT 4.0, and users can connect an extension board containing an LED and two switches (on-line/off-line and paper feed) to produce a finished product.
