PCB Terminal Blocks Block Entrance Of Incorrect Size Cables

These pc board plug-in terminal blocks have rising clamp terminals that prevent incorrect cable entry and protect wires from damage. The 9400/9500 series blocks offer 7.5 and 7.62 mm pitch versions with 2 to 12 poles in a solid block. Various connector styles encompass male vertical and horizontal board-mounting types in closed or open-ended versions; female types are also available. Molded from green UL94V-0 flame retardant PA66, the terminal blocks feature 2.5mm2 cable entry and are polarized to ensure correct connection. Other features are solid brass rising clamp terminals, anti-solder wicking, 0.5 Nm minimum torque captive screws (M3 steel with 6m zinc, color passivated and tropicalised) and guided pin alignment. Ratings are 750V at 12A, dielectric strength greater than 3 kV ac for 60 seconds, insulation resistance greater than 5 milliohms, and operating temperature range of -20°C to 125°C.
