Quad DAC Runs On 370 µA

Intended for portable systems requiring digital gain and offset adjustments, the MAX5100/5101/5102 eight-bit DACs operate from a single 2.7V to 5V supply, offer rail-to-rail precision buffer amplifiers, and consume as little as 360 µA. The MAX5100 is available in a 20-pin TSSOP package and requires a maximum supply current of 720 µA for all channels combined. The triple MAX5101 and dual MAX5102 are offered in 16-pin TSSOP packages and require maximum supply currents of 520 and 360 µA, respectively. Prices start at $2.95 each/1000.
