The ATS 97-09-039-wf BalticCool is said to be one of the lightest fan/heatsinks in its class- the 40 mm x 40 mm x 20 mm unit (height includes fan) weighs just 28 grams. Yet, it offers a thermal resistance of 0.78°C/W at an operating voltage of 12V. Because of its light weight, the unit requires no mechanical attachment. An adhesive conductive tape is used to attach the unit to the IC.
