Phoenix Technologies’s BIOS Products Available Through Micro Firmware July 1999 Issue Published Date: July 01, 1999
Phoenix Technologies Ltd., a developer of system-level software and semiconductor IP cores headquartered in San Jose (CA), has named Micro Firmware the first full-service distributor of its PhoenixBIOS and AwardBIOS products. Under the terms of the agreement, Micro Firmware, a third-party developer and distributor of BIOS upgrades, is specifically chartered to target small and mid-sized manufacturers of industrial appliances or embedded systems who need x86 platform-enabling software in binary form.
